By placing an order with Aisun Solar Trading Inc. (“Aisun,” “we,” “us”) through this website, you agree to the terms below.
Adding items and submitting your details creates a booking request, not a completed sale. Some items show a price; others are marked “price on request” and are quoted individually. Prices, specifications and availability may change, and final pricing is confirmed by us before your order is booked — in some cases after a site survey. Your order is confirmed only once we have verified your downpayment and replied to confirm.
A 50% downpayment is required to book an order; the balance is due on completion / before turnover unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payment is by bank transfer to:
After paying, send your proof of payment (deposit slip) to us on Messenger with your order reference. We never ask for card numbers or online-banking passwords. All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱).
Installation is subject to a site assessment; the final design, scope and schedule are confirmed after it. You agree to provide safe access to the site. Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and depend on stock, logistics and site readiness.
Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Any workmanship warranty is as stated in your order confirmation. To make a claim, contact us with your order reference and details of the issue.
The downpayment secures your booking — it reserves stock, covers procurement and holds your installation slot. If you cancel before we have ordered materials or scheduled your project, the downpayment is refundable less any costs already incurred (e.g. a completed site survey). If you cancel after materials are ordered, custom items prepared, or installation scheduled, it may be partially or fully non-refundable to cover committed costs. Custom or “price on request” items may be non-refundable once procured. Defective, damaged or incorrect items will be repaired, replaced or made right under the applicable warranty and Philippine consumer law.
We collect only what we need to quote and fulfill your order — your name, mobile number, installation address, optional email, and order notes. We use it to prepare quotes, process and book your order, schedule delivery and installation, provide support, and keep records required by law. We do not sell your information and share it only with those who help fulfill your order or where required by law. You may access, correct or request deletion of your information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) by contacting us.
